Between May 23rd and 29th Passenger port of Saint Petersburg has received 12 cruise ships which brought 25 699 passengers. The total berth time of the ships is 19 ship-days, total amount of passenger operations – 80 375.
Services provided to ships:
• Fresh water bunkering – 2 782 m3
• Garbage collection – 70 m3
• Waste-waters reception – 1604 m3
In the indicated period 10 helicopters have used the helipad of Passenger port of Saint Petersburg for landing and take-off.
On May 24th during the meeting the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg’s and CLIA’s representatives discussed the relevant issues on the ecological safety of cruise shipping in Baltic sea including the prohibition of discharge of sewage into the open sea.
On May 27th the representatives of "PP of SPb MF" PLC participated in the "Organization of passenger water transport" Round Table during the International Innovative Forum of Public Transport “Smart Transport” in the congress and exhibition center "Expoforum".
This week's highest quantity of ships in Port was 4, on May 24th and 29th.
