Celebrity Cruises Passengers gave the highest rating to Passenger Port of St. Petersburg Marine Facade

The joint meeting of representatives of the largest cruise company "Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises", FSUE "Rosmorport" and PLC "Passenger Port of St. Petersburg "Marine Fa?ade" was held at Cruise Shipping Miami 2014 exhibition.

Cruise line representatives noted that Passenger Port of St. Petersburg has received the highest scores among all ports in the Baltic region by passenger satisfaction, according to an annual survey of passengers carried in 2013. This result can be considered as a common achievement of port employees, tour operators and government staff.

Rating ports held by such parameters as general appeal for passengers satisfaction with services provided by the port , the level of cleanliness and safety in the port , availability of things to see. Passenger Port of St. Petersburg has received high ratings in all investigated parameters traditionally.

From 2009 Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises was transferred to St. Petersburg 378 000 passengers. On summer navigation 2014 the company has planned 32 ship calls and over 78,000 passengers.

The main priority of PLC "Passenger Port of St. Petersburg" Marine Fa?ade" is to provide high quality services to passengers and vessels. This is confirmed by certificates issued by independent classification and certification society DetNorskeVeritas in 2011 and 2013.
