An agreement on cooperation in developing St. Petersburg cruise and ferry tourism is signed between the St. Petersburg Committee on Development of Tourism and “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Fa?ade” PLC.

Today on June 18 an agreement was signed between “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC and the St. Petersburg Committee on Development of Tourism. The agreement defines the primary areas of cooperation in making St. Petersburg a more attractive international cruise and ferry centre.

Among the main lines of collaboration are improved communication, joint organization of and participation in specialized MICE events, development of common marketing strategy principles and improved effectiveness of interaction with marine tourism community.

The agreement is valid until 2020 with an option of extension. As a follow-up to the agreement the parties will every year sign a plan of activities setting the priorities for the following year.
