The case against “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Fa?ade” PLC on violation of the competition law is closed.

The case was opened after a visitor of Passenger port of Saint Petersburg contacted the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) because he could not use the services of a taxi company. In particular, according to the visitor’s statement, the taxi that he ordered from one of St. Petersburg taxi companies was not allowed into the free access area of Passenger port of Saint Petersburg. After reviewing the case and carrying out a field inspection FAS has found no violations of the competition law. Consequently, no proof was found to the facts indicated in the visitor’s statement and the case was closed.
