Contract between ACMP and APRCT signed at the INWETEX

On October 11, in St. Petersburg, during the INWETEX 2018 tourism trade show, the Association of Cruise Market Participants (ACMP) and the Association of Promotion of Russian-Chinese Tourism concluded a general cooperation contract.
Cooperation within the framework of the signed contract provides for joint work to provide legal and information assistance, to ensure safety of Chinese citizens, visiting our country for tourist purposes, and to increase attractiveness of St. Petersburg as a cruise-start port for tourists from the People's Republic of China. The signed contract will contribute to fruitful work in two large-scale tourism domains, namely the cruise domain and that of servicing the market for visa-free Chinese tourists.

     

Igor Ryurikov, ACMP’s President, mentioned that signing of this contract will also make it possible to change for the better both quantitative and qualitative components of the flow of Chinese cruise passengers, and help present St. Petersburg as the center of Russian cruise tourism.
The Association of Cruise Market Participants is a public organization established in 2009 in St. Petersburg on the initiative of Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg "Marine Façade" PLC that unites professional commercial companies, whose business is related to the cruise market of services. The main goals and tasks of the Association are development and establishment of the Russian cruise market, assistance in developing cooperation and strengthening business ties between members of the Association and foreign partners, as well as mainstreamification and promotion of St. Petersburg as a center of cruise tourism on the international tourist market.
