Cruise tourism in the Baltic Sea will be discussed on November 12-13 in St. Petersburg

November 12th representatives of public authorities, professionals and the cruise market experts will gather in St. Petersburg at the international conference "Development of cruise tourism: Focus on St. Petersburg."

In the plenary session, the participants will summarize the past season and the main prospects and directions of work for 2015.

The first working section will be devoted to the special status of St. Petersburg as the "pearl" of the ferry and cruise tourism and the promotion of its tourism product.

In the second section the representatives of tourism companies engaged in the reception of cruise tourists in St. Petersburg, representatives of the leading city's museums and experts will discuss the features of domestic tourism service travelers in the northern capital, new products and programs, as well as promising ways of development of the market in view of the changing situation in the country and the world.

November 13th conference participants will tour Passenger Port of St. Petersburg "Marine Fa?ade" and will be organized a round table for specialists on "Development of cruise and ferry lines in the Baltic Sea: how to attract more tourists to St. Petersburg."
