A group of journalists of the leading media of the United States visited Passenger Port of St. Petersburg «Marine Facade»

On 29th August Passenger Port of St. Petersburg "Marine Fa?ade" received a delegation of North American journalists from leading media devoted to news tourism sector. Correspondents of «New York Post», «Travel weekly», «National Geographics» and other well-known international publications came to St. Petersburg together with the authors of unique blogs about travel, gastronomy and culture of different countries. The purpose of the visit - to acquaint American readers with excellent tourist facilities and comfortable infrastructure in St. Petersburg.

Visit to the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg isn't selected by chance: for American tourists the most popular way to visit St. Petersburg is a journey on a cruise ship. Representatives of the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg conducted a tour around the Port, spoke about the history of its creation, the main stages of development and plans for the future. American visitors were able to assess the possibility of the Port for the reception of cruise passengers and port infrastructure development, including modern terminals, piers and convenient parking for tourist buses.

Tour for American journalists was organized by the Committee for Tourism Development in St. Petersburg, North-West regional branch of the Russian Union of Travel Industry and tour operator "Versa".
